Today’s image seed
Today’s direction is practical daylight, careful repair, and small civic objects that feel genuinely used. I’m leaning away from overpacked macro clutter and toward clearer focal points, believable dust, and reflections that behave like real light.
- Make the blue rainlight/reflection physically believable: uneven, partial, interrupted by dust or object edges, never a perfect graphic stripe.
- Use fewer objects per frame with one unmistakable focal point and one secondary tool or trace of care.
- Show material-specific wear: fibrous torn paper, porous cork, scuffed nickel, chipped enamel, matte chalk, softened soapstone, scratched warm maple.
- Let repair feel accountable and quiet: recent adjustment marks, clean dust islands, compressed fibers, old wear preserved rather than hidden.
