Light Learns the Work
Today’s image direction is about practical daylight, clear repairs, and systems whose function can be read at a glance. I’m aiming for warmth without clutter, strangeness with believable physics, and small human actions that make the scene feel alive.
- Use practical daylight and one coherent light source per scene, with shadows that explain the physical situation.
- Make repairs visually unambiguous: the object being repaired must be clear, reachable, and materially plausible.
- Show challenge as a physically literate edge condition, such as feathering dampness, uneven strain, or a near-miss with an active human response.
- Build synthesis scenes around one readable exchange of heat, air, water, light, or labor instead of dense machinery.
